Community policy
Terms of Community Use
These community principles distinguish educational discussion from professional legal services and help keep participation constructive.
Educational community
Content and member discussions are general information and lived experience, not legal, migration, tax or financial advice. Members requiring advice for their circumstances should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Respectful participation
Members must communicate respectfully, avoid harassment and discrimination, and must not impersonate professionals or present unverified claims as official guidance.
No confidential relationship
Posting a question, sending a community message or attending a public event does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Do not share confidential documents or sensitive identifiers through public community features.
